ORDER PROCESSING

Orders typically take 8-12 business days to be created & processed prior to shipping.
If apparel and jewelry are purchased in the same order, they will ship separately.

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping is through USPS and typically takes 2-3 business days.

ORDERING TRACKING

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via an after purchase email from MyDesignStop. For an update on your order status, you can visit the USPS Website and enter your tracking number provided to you in the Confirmation Purchase Email.

PREORDERS

All shipping and processing information will be provided and communicated on a case by case basis in a preordering situation.
