Returns and Exchanges

Apparel can only be returned or refunded if the item arrives damaged or incorrect according to what was specifically ordered.

Apparel can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For exchanges, the buyer will pay the return shipping.

Custom Items

If an item is customized and created specifically for you, we do not offer returns or store credit on custom pieces at this time.

If we made a mistake on your order, we are happy to fix or remake your order.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item to be exchanged. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange in the form of a store credit that you can use to repurchase 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs during the return process and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

Final Sale

All custom and sale items are final sale.
